Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Justlytics, our website at justlytics.app, the Justlytics dashboard at app.justlytics.app, the Justlytics tracking script, and any related services provided by Bits of Wow Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").

By using Justlytics, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update this page and notify you via email or through the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Justlytics after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your account

To use Justlytics, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Justlytics for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the tracking script on websites that you do not own or have authorization to manage.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Justlytics software.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Justlytics interface, design, or documentation without our written consent.
• Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users' use of the service.
• Harvest, collect, or gather data from Justlytics or its users without consent.
• Use the service to transmit any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service beyond normal API usage.
• Send artificial or fake traffic to inflate analytics data.

The tracking script

The Justlytics tracking script is provided for use on websites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, and ePrivacy) when using the tracking script on your website. This includes providing any required disclosures to your visitors about the use of analytics.

While Justlytics is designed to be privacy-friendly (first-party cookies only, no cross-site tracking, no personal data collection), you are ultimately responsible for how you use the service and the data it collects on your behalf.

Data ownership

You own your analytics data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your analytics data for any purpose other than providing Justlytics to you.

You can export your data at any time via CSV export. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

AI features

Justlytics includes an "AI Ask" feature that allows you to ask questions about your analytics data in natural language. When you use this feature, aggregated analytics data (not individual visitor data or personally identifiable information) is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response.

AI-generated answers are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You should verify important findings independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

Paid services and billing

Justlytics offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe, either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select.

• Free plan — free to use within its stated limits. No credit card required.
• Paid plans — billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual). Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment.
• Upgrades — take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference.
• Downgrades — take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Cancellation — you can cancel at any time. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

Usage limits

Each plan has a monthly pageview limit. If you exceed your plan's limit, your site's data collection may be paused or restricted until the next billing cycle. We provide a reasonable grace period (up to 200% of your plan limit) before pausing collection. Usage resets on the first of each calendar month (UTC).

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. If we terminate your account due to our error or a service disruption on our end, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will review your case.

Intellectual property

The Justlytics name, logo, interface design, documentation, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to Bits of Wow Pte. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.

Your use of Justlytics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for its intended purpose.

Availability and support

We strive to keep Justlytics available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We provide support via email on a best-effort basis. Paid plans receive priority support.

Liability

Justlytics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bits of Wow Pte. Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Bits of Wow Pte. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, after providing notice where reasonable. In cases of severe abuse, we may terminate immediately.

If we terminate your paid account due to our decision (not a Terms violation), we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Third-party links

Justlytics may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use them at your own risk.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any disputes arising from these Terms.
